Zenith Bank Plc has notified its customers with Naira cards of their new daily spending limits.
In electronic mails to its customers, Zenith Bank wrote:
Dear Valued Customer,
“Please be informed that the monthly international spend limit for your Zenith Bank Naira Card has been reviewed to US$100, while the use of Zenith Bank Naira cards for International Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cash withdrawals is still temporarily suspended. This review is in response to the today’s economic realities.”
It continued: “If you have higher international spend requirements, simply visit any of our branches and request for a foreign currency debit or prepaid card, which are available in US Dollar, Pounds and Euro variants,” the bank said.
