Trump disclosed her removal in a statement shared on Truth Social on Thursday, where he praised Bondi’s service, describing her as “a great American patriot and a loyal friend.”

He credited her with overseeing a significant nationwide crackdown on crime, claiming that murder rates dropped to their lowest level in over a century during her time in office.
