Nollywood actor, Ricardo Agbor, has survived a car crash in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Agbor, also known as Rykardo Agbor, disclosed the incident at the weekend in a video shared on his Instagram page, showing his badly damaged vehicle at the scene.
The actor’s silver Lexus SUV sustained extensive damage to its front section, including a crushed bonnet, smashed grille, exposed engine components and a damaged front-left tyre.
In the video, Agbor identified the location of the accident as the area in front of the Cornerstone City billboard in Ibadan.
“This is my vehicle in front of Corner… Cornerstone City, Ibadan,” he said.
The actor, who appeared to be at the scene of the crash, repeatedly thanked God for surviving the incident.
“Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ,” he said.
He added, “This is what just happened to me now. Oh God.”
In a post accompanying the video, Agbor wrote, “As I was saying… Thank God Almighty I made it out of this. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ.”
The actor did not disclose the cause of the crash or whether he sustained injuries.
Ricardo Agbor was born on February 4, 1973, in Lagos State and is originally from Delta State.
He studied Mass Communication at the University of Ibadan and began his acting career in 1992 after working as a model.
Agbor rose to prominence after featuring in Visa to Hell and has gone on to appear in several Nollywood productions in English and Yoruba during a career spanning over three decades.
