A businessman, Mr. Justine Onu, has urged a Customary Court in Jikwoyi, Abuja, to dissolve his marriage to his wife Joyce, alleging that he caught her having sex with his cousin.
The petitioner told the court that his wife is promiscuous, adding that he is tired of the marriage.
Onu informed the court that he has developed high blood pressure as a result of his wife’s alleged promiscuity.
He further alleged that his wife is irresponsible, and does not take care for the children or cook for the family.
The respondent, however, denied all the allegations.
The presiding judge, Labaran Gusau, adjourned the matter to November 8 for further hearing.
