The Lagos State Government, on Thursday, re-arraigned notorious kidnapper, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike aka Evans before an Ikeja High Court.

Evans was arraigned alongside his co-defendant – Joseph Emeka – on an amended five-count charge of murder and attempted kidnapping before Justice Adenike Coker.

The charges specifically accused Evans of the murder of two police officers and the attempted kidnapping of Chief Obianodo Vincent, the owner of Young Shall Grow Transport Company.

The defendants however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
