The management of West Africa’s largest carrier – Air Peace – has announced its decision to compensate passengers for its delayed Lagos-Abuja flight P47124 on Thursday, October 3, 2024.
The airline announced on Friday that it has approved a 25 per cent one-way discounted ticket (exclusive of tax) on any of its domestic routes as compensation for the inconvenience caused on Thursday.
The airline, which informed that the delay was a weather-related issue, however said: “Dear esteemed passenger, we are truly sorry that your flight with us, P47124, Lagos to Abuja for yesterday, 3rd October 2024, was delayed due to bad weather. We cannot imagine how this must have affected your travel plans.
“Air Peace has approved a 25 percent one-way discounted ticket (exclusive of tax) on any of our domestic routes as compensation for the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that this offer is valid for six months from today (excluding 15th December 2024 to 15th January 2025),” it added.
