Beks Kimse boss, Keniebi Okoko, is dead

A Bayelsa State businessman and former governorship aspirant in the 2019 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary, Mr. Keniebi Okoko, has died.

Okoko reportedly died while undergoing surgery at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos.

As the youngest aspirant, he came third in the contest that had 21 other governorship hopefuls. He was also a pastor in Port Harcourt, and married with children.

Keniebi was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Beks Kimse Nigeria Limited, the engineering construction firm in charge of the Arochukwu-Ohafia road.

His father, Professor Kimse Okoko, the Pro-Chancellor of the University of Uyo and former President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), was the Chairman of the company.
