Nollywood veteran actress, Ngozi Nwosu, has taken to social media to publicly ask for financial help as she faces a serious health issue that needs urgent medical care.
In a widely shared Instagram post, the actress known for Living in Bondage, Checkmate, and Fuji House of Commotion said she has been dealing with the illness for a while. She explained that she needs three life-saving surgeries, which will cost about N30 million.
“My fans, friends, family and colleagues, this was really hard for me to do, but I can’t keep quiet anymore. I urgently need life-saving surgeries,” Nwosu wrote. “Please don’t scroll past. Share this post and support if you can. God bless you and may you and yours never experience this affliction.”
She also asked supporters to reach out to her legal representative or management for more information.
Over 10 years ago, Nwosu overcame a serious kidney problem with help from the Lagos State Government and her colleagues. Now, she is once again asking the public and her fans for support during this difficult time.
Her appeal has quickly spread on social media, and many people have shown concern and support for the veteran actress.
