Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, on Friday, sacked the acting Executive Chairman of Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS), Mr. Michael Ango.
Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant (Public Communication and Social Media) to the minister made this known in a statement in Abuja.
The most senior official of the FCT-IRS has also been directed to take over the running of the revenue agency with immediate effect.
Reasons for his sack was not made known as at the time of filing this report.
