The Ogun State Police Command has paraded a suspected human trafficker, Paul Aganla, who was arrested on August 26, at Isiui, in Owode-Egba area of the state.
This was disclosed on Monday by the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, at the command’s headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta.
Iliyasu said the suspect, a native of Ogoja, Cross River State, was caught with six children whose ages ranged between seven and thirteen.
The victims were brought from Cross River State to Abeokuta to be engaged in child labour.
The names of rescued children were given as Promise Augustine, Elijah Emmanuel, Moses, Kariel, Victor Daniel, Glory Emmanuel and Felicia Owu.
