The police in Lagos have arrested two suspects believed to be involved in the manufacture of fake drinks.
Specifically, officers from the Ojo Division of the Lagos Command arrested Imo Lawrence and his ally, Magnus Nwonka, allegedly involved in manufacturing fake drinks in the State.
Reports say Lawrence aged 35 and Nwonka aged 42 were in possession of fake drinks at the time of their arrest.
The spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed their arrest on his official X handle.
He explained: “In the course of investigation, the suspects led detectives to their inconspicuous, multi-room ‘factory.’”
Hundeyin disclosed that further investigation is ongoing following the discovery.
