Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano, has hit the ground running barely 24 hours after being sworn-in for a second term in office.
He has appointed some key officers to help him run the machinery of government. They are Prof Solo Chukwulobelu who retained his position as Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Sir Willie Nwokoye, who also retains his position as the Principal Secretary to the Governor and Mr. Primus Odili who becomes the new Chief of Staff to the Governor, while Mr. James Eze, formerly a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media, is appointed Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
The appointees are billed to be sworn-in at 1pm today – March 19, 2018.
In like manner in 2014, Obiano also swore-in his key appointees 24 hours after his own inauguration.
