No fewer than five hundred and one (501) new cases of COVID-19 were on Saturday recorded in Nigeria.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, announced the figure.
It said Lagos State recorded 195, while Abuja followed with 50.
Currently, the country has a total of 15682 confirmed cases of the infection and 407 deaths.
