The Supreme Court in Kenya has annulled the Kenyan Presidential Election won by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In a ruling on Friday morning, the apex court set aside the election with a majority of the panelists ruling that the election fell short of constitutional provisions.
Consequently, the court ordered a fresh election to be held within 60 days.
The ruling brought instant jubilation in opposition strongholds in Nairobi.
