Abia State governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has approved the immediate dissolution of the State Executive Council (SEC).
The governor however recalled his suspended Chief of Staff, Dr. ACB Agbazuere with immediate effect.
Accordingly, he directed those affected by the dissolution to hand over all government properties in their possession, together with their handover notes, to their respective permanent secretaries.
The governor expressed deep appreciation to the men and women for their services to the people of Abia State, and wished them well in their future endeavours, according to a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka.
