The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Alkali Baba, has approved the redeployment of Commissioner of Police Abiodun Alabi to the Lagos Command.
He takes over from Hakeem Odumosu, who was recently promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG).
Alabi, until his new posting, was the Commissioner of Police in Bauchi State.
Odumosu has been directed to report to the Force headquarters in Abuja, for subsequent redeployment.
