Amannagwu girls, on Tuesday, beat their Obinkita opponents by 2 un-replied goals to top the league table with 16 points from 6 matches in the ongoing Ibom Waterfall Cup female football tournament.
Goals from Juliet Chukwu – Jersey no 12 – in the 48th minute, and Obioma Onu – Jersey no 15 – in the 85th sealed the game for the league leaders.
Amannagwu, by the victory, have joined Atani, Ibom and Amuvi as semi-finalists in the first edition of Ibom Waterfall female football tournament 2025.
