Globacom has
finalised plans to showcase some of its innovative digital offerings at the forthcoming
Africa CEO forum scheduled to hold between March 25 and 26 in Kigali, Rwanda.
Globacom is a Diamond Partner at the forum that will bring
together leading business leaders across the continent. The telecom company
said it would showcase how its extensive infrastructure and voice and data
connectivity solutions could help the organisers of the forum and participants
realise their objective of spurring Africa’s economic prosperity.
Globacom in a statement from its head office in Lagos on Thursday said it would be delighted to showcase the latest trends in digital capabilities, especially its 5G technology, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, third generation of the industrial Internet of Things. Globacom’s intercontinental submarine cable Glo 1 will also be on showcase at the event.
“Globacom is strategically positioned for the third decade of the millennium to address the needs of next generation businesses. We understand that businesses have their distinct identities and each has its own unique needs. To address these needs, we offer a range of customized and community-driven voice and data connectivity solutions that help to manage complex networking systems,” the statement said.
“We will also
showcase our verticalized IT solutions such as E-Health, Smart Cognitive
Learning, Smart Energy, amongst other services that are particularly useful for
collaborations, device management, workgroup storage and information security,”
it added. According to the company, there are also other digital applications
that would further enhance the company’s capacity to deliver advanced
connectivity and fixed solutions to medium and large enterprises, large
wholesale carriers and ISPs in Nigeria and the continent of Africa.
