The Chairman, Board of Directors, Diamond Bank Plc, Mr. Oluseyi Bickersteth, and three non-executive directors ― Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi, Mrs. Juliet Anammah and Mrs. Aisha Oyebode ― have resigned from the bank with immediate effect.
The Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Uzoma Uja, in a statement made available to the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Wednesday, said the directors were resigning for varied personal reasons.
He said the bank only wished to notify the Exchange of the latest development.
The statement read in part: “The directors are resigning for varied personal reasons, which include focusing on their priorities. Diamond Bank will update the market with any further development in due course,” the statement added.
