Death toll in the Ikoyi collapsed building site has now risen to 38 as rescuers brought out two more bodies by Thursday noon.
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) acting Southwest Coordinator, Ibrahim Farinloye, gave the update on Thursday afternoon.
As of Thursday morning, the number of those confirmed dead were 36, consisting of 33 males and three females.
Nine persons were brought out alive, out of which two have reportedly been treated and discharged from the hospital.
