An Onitsha High Court has given final judgement to 17 Biafra agitators who were accused of kidnapping and killing some Chinese men working for Innoson Group of Companies.
The accused were discharged and acquitted by the court on Tuesday on the ground that they had stayed in prison since 2009, which was enough time as sentence, even if they were found guilty.
