An aide to the Ogun State Governor, Prince Niyi Adesanya, on Thursday evening, reportedly died in a fatal accident.
The Secretary State the Ogun State Government, Mr. Taiwo Adeoluwa, who was equally involved in the accident, was reported to have been badly injured.
At the time of filing this report, Adeoluwa was said to be receiving medical attention at the Intensive Care Unit of the Federal Medical Center, Abeokuta
Adesanya, popularly known as ‘Friend of the Governor’, until his death, was Consultant to Governor Ibikunle Amosun on Political Affairs. The deceased also served in the first term in office of the governor
It was gathered that Adeoluwa and Adesanya were on a state assignment when the accident occurred.
The accident was said to have occurred at Siun, along Abeokuta -Sagamu expressway, while they were returning to the State capital, Abeokuta.
