Again, President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife Aisha has jetted out of Nigeria to London, to visit her husband, who has been on medical vacation since May 7.
Aisha last visited on May 30 and returned on June 6.
When she returned then, she had expressed appreciation for the prayers by Nigerians for her husband’s quick recovery.
This time around, she will touch down at Addis Ababa first, before proceeding to the UK.
A statement by her Director of Information, Mr. Suleiman Haruna, read: “She is expected to stop over at Addis Ababa, to make a symbolic appearance at the meeting of the Organization of African First Ladies against HIV/AIDS (OAFLA) on Monday July3, 2017.
“She will join other members to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the organization, and use the opportunity to reiterate the voting rights of Nigeria in the upcoming elections of the organization.”
“She will continue her journey to the United Kingdom on Tuesday, July 4, 2017,” he said.
