Nollywood actress, Caroline Hutchings Danjuma, has opened the lid on life after her divorce from Musa Danjuma, her ex-husband.
Caroline and Musa were a perfect example of ideal marriage until 2016 when they announced their divorce after spending nine years together.
Caroline had alleged that blogger Linda Ikeji “is partly responsible” for her failed marriage in 2022.
As at last year, the thespian had said she would love to remarry Danjuma again if the opportunity presents itself.
The movie star, in an Instagram post on Wednesday, said she lost her “identity and dreams” following the divorce.
The 37-year-old also said the split made her to start “from scratch” because she faced “discrimination and rejections”.
“I was once a promising makeup artist and hair guru, fashion consultant, actress and film producer. CEO Luxury Addict, CEO Kinetic Media. I lost who I was, my identity and my dreams because of divorce,” she wrote.
“I walked away from it all for my own sanity. Started my journey from scratch facing all the discriminations, fake rumors, rejections and uncertainties at 29+ years.
“A conversation women who have walked the part hate to talk about. It is a bittersweet journey to a place unknown. This is my story.”
