The name Senator Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) means many things to different people.
To some, he is a cerebral politician. Others call him an astute businessman.
Yet to others, he is a champion of community development indeed a lifter of men.
OUK’s benevolence knows no limits. Recently, three Abia North indigenes were flown abroad courtesy OUK to pursue their education in an all expense paid scholarship. It should be borne in mind that 10 students are currently studying medicine in Hungary courtesy of this same Orji Uzor Kalu.
Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is not just about politics, his life is about service to humanity. He remains the only senator to date who has done projects outside his senatorial zone. The Abia Central and South senatorial zones are beneficiaries of his large heart in the distribution of projects.
Testimonies abound about people OUK has lifted. Many wealthy Nigerians have taken to social media to describe the impact OUK made in their lives and businesses.
From Obi Cubana to Zenco etc, they use every opportunity to let the world know how Senator Kalu helped them on their way to stardom.
Senator Kalu is a man who goes all out to assist people; he also rewards loyalty, yes he does. He doesn’t shy away from placing people in positions of authority the moment the opportunity arises.
Recently, his Personal Assistant, Mr. Peter Eze was named a member of the Federal Character Commission, representing Enugu State and to OUK, this is the kind of upliftment he wishes everyone who has come in contact with him.
He spreads his constituency projects amongst several contactors ensuring that as many as possible benefit from the execution of projects he attracts to Abia State
And ahead of the 2027 senatorial elections in Abia North, all eyes are on Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, a man whose name has become synonymous with progress, development, and visionary leadership.
Despite facing unnecessary criticisms, Senator Kalu’s track record of good works and unwavering commitment to the welfare of Nigerians has made him a standout candidate.
