The Abia State Government has confirmed the resignation of the Commissioner for Science and Technology, Mr. Chima Oriaku, and his Agriculture counterpart, Prof. Monica Ironkwe.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Ukoha Ukoha, confirmed the development through a statement on Wednesday in Umuahia.
He said commissioners had tendered their resignation letters to Governor Alex Otti who thanked them for their service to the State and wished them well in their future endeavours.
