The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria ((FAAN) has denied issuing a prohibition order on the use of Ghana Must Go at Nigeria’s airports.
Reports in several media platforms on Friday claimed stated that FAAN placed a ban on Ghana Must Go bags.
The reports stated that the ban is particularly for passengers travelling through international airports in the country.
Reacting to the reports, FAAN published a short statement on their X handle denying the purported ban.

The agency, however, explained that the ban was issued by Ethiopian Airline for passengers traveling on its flights.
“kindly note that @flyethiopian issued a prohibition of the use of Ghana must go on their flight and not FAAN. Thank you.“
