Suspected hoodlums, on Sunday, set ablaze a Magistrate Court in Owerri, Imo State capital.
The arson was perpetrated barely 24hours after an Orlu High Court was similarly razed by unknown hoodlums.
Reports suggest that the hoodlums committed the arson with explosives.
It was also gathered that a number of materials including files were burnt.
”The incident happened not long ago. It took some hours before the fire could be put out. We don’t know the extent of the damage done yet,” reports further quoted an unnamed source.
The Imo State Police Command was yet to issue any official statement at the time of filing this report.
