President Muhammadu Buhari has called for an emergency meeting with all his service chiefs to address security issues on Thursday.
This is coming two days after the Presidential Brigade Guards were attacked by terrorists.
The development was disclosed on Wednesday by President Buhari’s Senior Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, during an interview on Channels Television.
“Tomorrow the President has summoned another security meeting with the heads of the security agencies,” Adesina said.
Some senators from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Wednesday, moved a motion to impeach President Buhari citing insecurity and incessant attacks by terrorists as the reason.
