President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, received the Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Nkem Okeke, who recently left the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the ruling party the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Okeke was presented to the President at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, by the APC caretaker chairman and Yobe Governor, Mai Mala Buni.
Also present during the brief ceremony was Imo State governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, who was also at the Presidential Villa for a meeting with the President.
Okeke is joining the APC barely three weeks to the governorship election in the State.
