2023: Tinubu fires another gaffe at Lagos APC rally

*Asks supporters to get their ‘APV…APC’

The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, at the weekend, committed yet another blunder during the party’s mega rally in Lagos

The former governor of Lagos State has on a number of occasions committed blunders while speaking ex-tempore at public events, often forcing his handlers to quickly correct such gaffes, or labour to explain later what their principal meant to say .

Addressing the party supporters at the mega rally in Lagos, Tinubu urged them to go and get their “APV…APC”, whereas he meant to urge them to go and get their “PVC” (Permanent Voters Card).
Last week, Tinubu also addressed the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege as the Senate President, noting that he will be the next governor of Niger Delta State.

“Your next governor is the Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege,” Tinubu told supporters at APC governorship rally in Asaba, Delta State.

Much earlier, Tinubu, while trying to make a mockery of the opposition PDP, which is denoted by its umbrella symbol, described it as ‘tia-tia umbrelata’.
