Senator Barnabas Gemade, Hon. Terlumun Ikya, Hon. Heman Hembe, Mike Aondoaka are among the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirants who have so far picked their nomination forms for the primaries.
There are about 15 governorship aspirants jostling to contest the APC gubernatorial primary election in Benue State.
Aside the four aspirants who have purchased nomination forms, there are indications that more aspirants may purchase the form at the close of work on Friday.
The Benue APC zoning committee has zoned the governorship slot to Jechira inter- immediate area in Benue North East Senatorial zone.
The governorship contest has been thrown open to all the APC aspirants.
However, the governorship aspirants have yet to agree on consensus candidacy.

A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Hycint Alia, who is also an APC governorship aspirant, made a triumphant entry into Makurdi with his Nomination and Expression of Interest forms on Friday.
He was accompanied by huge supporters who sang and danced on major streets of Makurdi.
It was the same for Mike Aondoakaa, who went round on a motorcade with his supporters after he picked his governorship nomination form.
